Company Policies
B3 MOVEMENT WITHDRAWAL POLICY Written notice of withdrawal must be submitted by email. Company, Unlimited Training, and Pre-Company members must provide thirty (30) days written notice of withdrawal. Tuition remains due during the notice period whether or not the student attends classes. Failure to attend classes does not constitute withdrawal. Verbal conversations, text messages, social media messages, or assumptions do not constitute official withdrawal notice. Students withdrawing after choreography, staffing, guest artist planning, company placement, scheduling, or training allocations have been made may remain financially responsible for those committed expenses. B3 Movement reserves the right to waive portions of this policy at its sole discretion.
B3 MOVEMENT REFUND POLICY Registration fees, deposits, guest artist fees, workshop fees, intensive fees, residency fees, convention fees, and audition fees are non-refundable. Tuition reserves a student's place within the program and is not refundable once the enrollment period begins. No refunds will be issued for: Missed classes Vacations Scheduling conflicts Studio conflicts Competitions Conventions Illness Voluntary withdrawal Any approved refund shall be determined solely by B3 Movement and may be reduced by: Services already rendered Discounts received Administrative costs Guest artist commitments Staffing costs Credits issued by B3 Movement: Have no cash value Are non-transferable Must be used within twelve (12) months Exceptions may be granted solely at the discretion of B3 Movement.

Parent Code of Conduct
B3 Movement reserves the right to terminate a family’s participation without refund when a parent or guardian engages in threatening, abusive, harassing, or disruptive conduct toward staff, instructors, students, or the business, including threats to create disturbances at the studio or damage the business’s reputation.

B3 MOVEMENT COMPANY COMMITMENT AGREEMENT
The B3 Movement Company is designed for dancers seeking elite training and long-term development. By accepting Company placement, families acknowledge: Company pricing, discounts, scholarships, founding-family rates, and promotional pricing are provided in consideration of active participation and commitment. Company members are expected to prioritize training, communication, attendance, and professional conduct. Company placement may include: Guest artists Industry opportunities Auditions Choreography projects Tempus preparation Performance opportunities Participation in Company does not guarantee solos, titles, jobs, scholarships, convention awards, Tempus selection, or professional opportunities. Families withdrawing from Company may forfeit: Company pricing Founding-family pricing Scholarships Promotional discounts Reserved opportunities If a Company member withdraws, B3 Movement may recalculate any account balance using standard published tuition rates rather than discounted Company rates. B3 Movement reserves the right to offer or withhold future enrollment opportunities at its sole discretion.
